This model is designed to adapt and give you a boost to solve short-term topic(s), typically over 1 to 3 months.You can expect advisory sessions and strategy consulting by leveraging my expertise from the sidelines.
This can come in the form of a fixed number of hours per month to support you with a sprint or key project from conception to implementation.Examples of what you can receive:

We will work together to establish the optimal engagement model that provides the best value. This can be on an hourly rate or fixed amount depending on your needs and budget.

As interim or fractional leader, I join your organisation on a part-time basis for an extended period, ranging from 3 to 18 months.I act as your in-house talent leader, brand as you and deeply understand your problem set.
You benefit from hands-on leadership support, critical expertise and extra capacity during periods of transition, growth or when hiring velocity suddenly spikes.

The engagement model will depend on your specific needs, the nature and complexity of the topic(s), as well as provisioning of tools.
We will define a realistic time commitment and duration that supports you in the best way.
This can be a monthly model with pre-defined days allocated to your business. We will define a clear commitment for your project so you have full spend control.
