This can be a monthly model with pre-defined days per week dedicated to your business. A clear commitment and duration gives you full spend control.

A la carte consultancy services to ensure your talent practices run seamlessly. Targeted and quick support solutions, ranging from 1 day to 3 months to address specific business challenges.
This can come in the form of a fixed number of hours per week / month to support you with a key project from conception to implementation.Examples of what you can receive:
Hiring infrastructure build or optimisation: custom support to set up or enhance data and reporting practices, and automate workflows
Advisory: new perspective, direction, leadership expertise on-demand

Scope the Problem: it starts with a deep dive into your context to understand your needs. This root cause analysis can involve an assessment of your systems, funnel data, workflows, stakeholder experience data etc. Based on what you want to achieve, I scope the problem with your input, equipped with the right context on your stage, ambitions and budget.
Project Plan: the next step is the creation and review of a transparent roadmap with timelines and clear deliverables needed to achieve your goals. All with your input and sign off. You decide on the type and depth of support needed from roadmap design through to implementation.
Execution: this stage involves design, testing, iteration and continuous co-creation alongside your team. When the assignment is completed, I hand over and ensure you have a finished product and established feedback loops. This is paired with a check-in to assess potential for future improvement.
